I removed the rubber flap, and drilled six 5 mm(?) holes to the cap.
Not sure about the drill size (dont remember), but when you remove the rubber flap, you can see good places for the holes from the inside of the cap.

I have managed to extract the old thermostat from our 2.0 HDI spacetourer but the hose to the right hand side has gotten slightly damaged (the one with the plastic clip with two opposing legs for release).

Does anyone know what hose this is and where it runs to? Ive got a horrid feeling it's going to be blooming impossible to get it out...

Is it possible to just swap the existing halogen headlights in a C5 aircross with the led version of the headlights?

I assume that you now have H7 bulbs. It's best to read this text from Osram, everything is written inside (Is it suimply plug & play , legalized for the street). The only downside is the price. There are similar ones from other manufacturers.

Just some notes on Airbag fault caused by pre tentioner plug, the problem seems to have been sorted.

Car: Xsara Picasso 2007
Fault: Airbag warning on dash
Solution: unplugged and re-plugged plug on passenger seat belt pretensioner yellow plug.

Hello,

I have an issue with my car that is really bothering me.
The sunvisor flaps. The rotating thing that covers from sunlight just above the driver's head, they are heavily vibrating and making noises. Yet I don't see or notice any loose or damaged part.
I am wondering if there's a way to fix or dampen the vibration.

Mine does this too.
Lots of creaks and vibrating noises from the upper sun visors and parts around them.

One of rattles was the sliding mirror cover. I found that opening the mirror cover slightly (so it's not fully slid closed) helps stop that vibration rattle).

I wish there was a magic spray I could use of all the creaky rattle plastic trims...

I have a 2015 Grand Picasso C4 1.6 Diesel and there is a new whine that I can hear especially loudly if my head is just above the central rear seat. The whine follows the revs a bit and is most prevalent when the engine is idle.
