Citroen relay 2.2 p0190 problem

Hi forum,
I have a 2006 Citroen relay 2 with an p0190 problem I have changed pressure sensor and check wiring to ecu but for the life in me the engine light will not go out
i have also checked fuel shut of selonide when checked on diagnostics live data actual and desire are both at 400 bar please could some one advice what else it could be 2.2 engine

Having replaced the sensor did you go into the fault log and reset the fault? As it was recorded as a permanent fault it needs resetting before it will extinguish the light!

Hi Mickthemaverick i have reset /tried to clear code but it cuts out but not fully cuts out and engine light stays on

What are you using to reset the codes?

I'm not sure what the 'it' is in your phrase: "but it cuts out but not fully cuts out" ?

when I reset engine light it comes straight back on and when engine is running and I try to clear fault the engine cuts out but not fully cuts out as still running but fault will not clear.

I'm afraid I'm not following you. You shouldn't be trying to reset the codes with the engine running, just with the ignition switched on

yes i know but even with ignition on and clearing code/codes the code will not clear.

It may be worth finding someone with Diagbox and seeing if you can reset it with that.
