Hi. I was searching the net for the same loosely hanging connector today and that brought me here. I've been told it's a connector to the hood open sensor / switch, and if you don't have a car alarm (I don't), it can be left unconnected.

Got the Clio back from the garage Thursday. Cause of all the problems , the fusable link on the positive battery terminal. Apparently a very common problem. So common in fact that the part is out of stock at Renault UK with no delivery date foreseen. Anyone who can supply me with Renault part number 8200427594 please contact me . It only costs £15...

I am guessing that this is a controlled alternator and the control wire is a LIN bus. If so the alternator is self-exciting and does not require any voltage on the control wire to start charging. If you disconnect the control wire from the alternator, it should start charging at a constant voltage, this may cause a fault code to be thrown, but is...

Crank position sensor ok? the wife's 307 suffered an intermittent problem for a week or so were she would turn the key dash light up but no start, take key out try again and of it went it did this 3 times, then in the outside lane of a duel carriageway 70mph it died no power nothing just ignition lights.
AA came to it and flagged a crank position...

Took me a while with research and searches to discover that the Getrag built box can be either wet or dry clutch DCT/EDC...the dry clutch versions are used by the lower power models and the wet clutch systems are used for more high power higher toque level engines.
Both Penrite and Nulon...

If you clamp off you can change individual calipers, we do it all the time, you problems start if the system drains, calipers and flexi's don't actually hold that much fluid in general, and in theory wont go anywhere until that nipple is opened by which time you preferred bleeding method would/should be in place.

Hi It seems that a programming error may have occurred, or you did not learn everything to the UCH module, try these steps :

1. Scan for fault codes with Renault Clip to identify any issues.
2. Check wiring connections for the steering wheel lock for security and corrosion.
3. Test the steering wheel lock module separately to verify...

Does the Screen stay on continuous for is it off when you go to your car in the morning ? because some will auto switch off after a few minutes

Have u tried taking the vents out and see if you can push the storage part upwards and out,maybe trim removal tool down the sides to lever it up
