2012 Renault Megane 1.5 dci
TLDR: Please, please help me identify the part in the picture.
I have been trying to fault find an issue with my Megane and whilst checking hose connections I notice the following part. It's a bit difficult to get to and is partially obscured by pipes and things so I have been unable to get a proper decent picture of it so I can't see any part numbers or identification marks. The part is located between the engine and the air filter, below the throttle body.
It looks as though there could/should be a pipe connected to it but have been unable to locate any stray pipes or connectors. I really have tried looking at engine diagrams to see if I can find the part but have drawn a blank. I am sure that one of you experts will be able to point at it and say 'You silly fool, that is obviously a decarbonising solenoid actuator
