Ok. so just to advise that you don't have a full telematics system, you have an RCC (Connected Colour Radio) system.

I would of suggested checking the firmware version - but this will be impossible in its current state with a blank screen.

It is fairly easy, but time consuming. The most awkward bit is removing a couple of nuts in the wheel arch, as you have to work by feel. 5l brake cleaning fluid was enough for me to clean the motor thoroughly, and I used a Hornby track cleaning rubber to clean the copper commutator plates.

I don't know if there's a specific procedure for your engine but I simply pushed in through from the expansion tank last I dropped my radiator.

Disconnect the small leakback hose from the expansion tank and stick in into a clean suitable container to collect what flows out.
Find a means to plug the hole in the tank where the hose came off from,...

well, it took me about 5.5 hrs all in. The clips for the heater are a nightmare to reclose after fitting. Took ages to suss out getting the bottom rad hose off too. However, Draper vacuum tool for refill was fantastic and worked a treat. Car has warm air inside at last.

Its low on coolant (it was when I began) so need to nip to the dealer...

It's a bit strange, if the BHI is replaced, then it must be from the same car, with the same engine!!
Otherwise if it was a different, then the BHI must be reprogrammed with the diagbox.
The signal for the correct high of the car comes from the front and rear height sensors.

So my tests were wrong. The egr is now working. It wasn't being used by the ECU because the injectors were not compensating for each other. I have changed the 3 of the injectors and now the egr is working.. the engine is running fairly nice now. I have to wait on it to cool down and see how it starts and runs from cold.

This sort of failure is likely to be with something like the Supplies and protection management Unit or the engine fusebox. It really needs to have a thorough diagnostic with Citroen to determine though.

I also forgot to mention, get yourself a couple of Faraday pouches if you don't already have them and store your fobs inside when in the house, to prevent relay signal theft of your vehicle.

The company that seems to sell a good Lexia clone is Easy Diagnostics. I have an earlier (ver B) unit from them, and it has been very useful. They have a 12 month aftercare service, and they honour this.

Most likely place is the door aperture where the wiring loom enters from the A pillar through a gromet into the driver's door. This is a weak point with the door being constantly opened and closed. Remove any protection and check out the wires here as they will very likely have weakened or been broken inside the protective sleeving. This is why...

Yes there are different harnesses and different cameras for different systems and are not interchangeable, so if replacing the camera just source the original camera part at 1).

It depends exactly on which exact system you have or are referring to. There's lane keeping assist and then there's lane departure warning - both are controlled differently depending on the other equipment you have. You need to consult your owner's manual to determine which function you want to deactivate. If it's only Lane Departure Warning...

Does sound like the motor but have you checked the pollen filter, could be soaked and limiting the airflow, also there may be leaves or other debris on the fan blades.

A diesel with decent compression should definately be able to start at 10 degrees even without glowplugs, so your issue is quite likely fuel related like PaulC5 hinted.
Have you smelled the leaking fluid to determine if it's indeed diesel?
Also try to trace the fuel lines all the way from the tank to the injectors themselves to see if you can spot...

Ideally you want to check that it turns freely by hand, Also is the pollen filter clear?

Hi Nicky sorry for the slow response. I took it back to our local garage and it turned out to be as simple as a fuse that had gone. That was replaced and problem solved - indicators back to normal. The battery management unit has solved all the other issues and I'm happy to report no problems after three months.

I have a few dumb questions about the problem, and I would be very grateful if someone could answer me.
1. Why does pressing the Check button on the left of the steering wheel after informing me that the tire pressure is OK show me the remaining kilometers to the next service (in this case 19800 km) and then it says No Fault as the error has not...

It stands for 'Boîtier de Servitude Intelligent'. It's basically the master / controlling computer on PSA vehicles.

A dealer will charge you diagnostic time of course, but then most garages will - but with these sorts of issues it really needs pinning down to whether it's wiring, the BSI, the engine fusebox or the comms unit in the steering wheel.

Fault codes will only present when there's an issue detected by the master or slave ECUs. Mechanical faults won't necessarily provide a code unless whatever the issue is triggers the ECU into providing one. Code readers other than a Lexia with Diagbox may not pick up constructor-specific codes.

I can't see any and it appears the channel just directs water into the wheel arches... oddly there are shaped rubber/foam type buffers either end of the channel. They appear to be SOAKED through. I can't hear any sloshing of fluids...

The ABS can probably only be bled using the original diagnostic unit (DIAGBOX) and the appropriate software with a proper VCI.
This is a complex procedure and requires all 4 brakes to be freely accessible for bleeding. The Diagbox precisely specifies the necessary bleeding steps and final bleeding points, which must be adhered to exactly....
