Hello my Citroen C4 picasso is not connecting to ecu for some reason and when I plug in my obd2 I get handbrake faulty esp faulty power steering faulty when I unplug and turn car off and on again it doesn't pop up again until I connect obd again

I have a Citroen Relay enterprise from 2015 which has recently started having power supply issues to the centre console.

Every 5 mins or so the power cuts to the radio and usb inside the centre globe box for a second or so. This turns the radio off and stops powering anything from the usb. The 12v cigarette socket doesn't lose power....

Sometimes when I get to about 2800-3000 RPM, the car momentarily loses power for usually 2-3 split-seconds, and the revs go up each time before recalibrating.
