I have don't find information about HDD in the menus

That you don't see, the information about the hdd is, because the info you show is when you press the setup short.
The other one is the combination with the buttons 1,2,3, simultaneously with setup.
About the speaker connection, normal without the amplifier there are 8 wires comes out of the connector from the NG4, but with the amplifier there are only 4 wires, therefore is the multiplex system.

It's difficult to have this informations because the NG4 freeze then reboot randomly

It's not completly right. I have the sound of the parking radar in the speakers.

Oke,
It seems to me, your HDD is broken, you can do something to test the unit itself by removing the HDD, then the radio should work normally.
First put the gearlever as far as possible from the radio, then disconnect the battery. Pull the radio out as far as you see on the photo.
Then remove the tiny torx schrew (torx#9) and pull the HDD just a 1cm out.
Reconnect the battery and start the car, check if the radio is working.
If it is, you now now that the HDD is broken.

If the HDD is broken, this one is the original one.
You can find this on Ebay.
I have the image to format it with the software.
