That means I can't visit my hometown of Bromley/Orpington not that I know anyone there now, I think everyone I knew is now deceased. I only have one friend in Kent and he lives in Sevenoaks outside the limit.

My son will be pleased, looks as though he is just inside (Left of Ilford) and has a Ford Ranger.

If he is just west of Ilford he has been in the original zone since its inception Steve so this expansion won't make any difference to him! :)

Bugger. At least it isn't bad news for him.

I'll have to ask him but I don't think he uses it much locally, seems to work from home a lot and take the train into central London when he needs to be in the office. Spends a lot of time out of the UK too, and at his partner's, who lives south of the capital and hopefully outside the zone.

If the London Mayor continues on his path much further it will be cheaper to buy a Tesla than pay the fees for entering the zone. :-D

Keep POTD Visual :!:

There is a room for discussion of the ULEZ, thread started by Mickthemaverick....

and just look at how many cumulative views it has to the second I looked it up just now.

Keeping it visual here is a POTD picture of the Day, and an unbelievable co-incidence, read into it what you will number noticers!

I can provide the necessary wheels ;) I now find myself with not one but two ULEZ compliant vehicles... Remarkably perhaps, Pix is...
Most petrols are Jim. Even my neighbour's 2003 Polo 1.4 petrol, and my friend's 2001 Audi A2 is also compliant.

Should anyone from Watford-ish area wish to go on a quest and photograph Densil, POTD would be ready and waiting to showcase the random snapshot. :-D

Neil
Noted!! :-D
Now acted upon!!
I took a ride over to the Watford Miniature Railway to see if I could track down Densil! On arrival I was pleased to see the railway was operating but without the help of Densil. Not willing to give in that easy I talked to the station master at the time and was advised that Densil was tucked up in his shed with a flat battery and unable to run until a new battery has been installed. I pushed my luck and they agreed for me to walk round to the sheds with their officer in charge, a lovely girl called Kaley!! We walked through and I took some pics on the way and eventually we came to the engine sheds which do look more like miniature anderson shelters!! Anyway these are the pictures I came up with:
The terminus
