I remember you posing a similar question from the archives only the other way round. You gave the name of the plane and I answered so as not to give too much of a clue with this picture. Had to refresh my memory what it was but I'll not give it away.

Hope you don't mind my photo of the day.

Took it when we visited Croatia in May.

Iconic narrow street in old town Dubrovnik...

...edit...can't seem to get it to show as an image

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks.

There was a "[" missing.
Excellent photo though. Surprising how well monochrome can work. Far more dramatic than colour.

You can upload direct to the forum although that was presumably stored on Imgur sometime in the past.

..and just to debunk any misconception that the FCF's Pictures of the Day have to be works of photographic art they dont...........anything goes :-D and just to prove it here is my blurry picture of a group of female goosanders. They inhabit the clear free flowing streams round here, but after carrying out the minimum of family duties, in May, all the males gather and fly off for a lads holiday in North Norway for the entire summer.

Following the in house "discussion" of my wasting my time the other evening I decided to splash out on ebay for a new case and stand to keep the peace. It arrived today so I set it up to greet her on her return. If this turns out to be my last post you'll know what happened!! :-D :

Excellent Doo, you have cracked the picture putting up thing now, and I hope you become a regular contibutor to the thread. It is always good when you log in to the forum and there is something new to view, and this is one of the simplest threads to join in with.

I always remember reading this book "Highland Deer Forest" as a teenager and being captivated by the story told.

Where I live, in an estate, there is an embankment beside our block and along area of grass & tree's out front. We have owls, bats, wood pidgeon, deer, hedgehogs and lately I saw red squirrels fighting in the tree right next to the Citroen :taz:

I filmed them on my phone. Cheeky little beggars :-D

I've got hundreds of photo's so I'll dig some more out and pop them on....

Here's a sunset in Bosnia.

I'll put one up of Montenegro. It pee'd with rain, but I got a couple of nice photo's 8-)
