The area it was situated in was 'the bakery', there were huge mixing bowls just out of site. I presume the mix was lobbed into the bread maker at one end, where it was then kneaded, shaped, proved (in the area at the top) then spat out at the other end, put onto the trolleys (in the background), then into the ovens 'round the corner.CitroJim wrote:

As for Chorleywood loaves - they do have one good use, they make for a great bacon butty
