It was okay actually bar the sodding concrete driving seat. Not helped by my nether regions not being very well padded

My problem is I drift in and out of it. One reason for me is to keep in touch with my family and friends who don't frequent the FCF or drive Citroëns. I have plenty of both!!

I took a very hard kick to the ribs in karate last week. We were freestyle sparring which for the most part is great fun. I

thought all was Ok but seems it's not and in trying to exercise and do all the things I consider normal for me I'm repeatedly aggravating the injury to my ribs and I'm told now I must have a few days of full and proper rest...

I really must learn to block kicks. I must admit the one I took was a real cracker - possibly literally...
