Can you dig out any information on this type of telephone box :?: (type/date/original maker etc)

Did a bit of an internet search which I thought would be easy to identify this telephone box (type/date/original maker etc) and could only find one image other than the one I took and posted on remember these all our yesterdays ....

Well there are 19, eight of which are grade II listed include this particularly nice one 746, which I reversed back to, got out of the car and took a photo of on our holidays!
