Start Stop capacitor replacement and reset.

I own a Citroen Ds4 e-hdi automatic, and have the eco deactivated and start stop not working. Having the check engine message coming up anytime I start the car. It has the fault code P1A9C which made me go ahead to replace a used OEM capacitor. The fault code doesn’t clear afterwards and I need help with a diagbox V9 and the hardware (cables) to reset and clear the fault code. Most PSA car dealerships don’t wanna assist.
