Software update

Hi all,

First time poster so please be gentle! I recently bought a Citroen ec4 shine on a 23 plate. I noticed the touchscreen software is out of date and the Citroen app tells me new updates available. The problem I'm having is that even using the Citroen software update my car won't accept the update? I just get the not compatible with hardware screen? I've tried 3 different 32gb usb sticks, I've tried a manual update that Google Gemini found for me (turned out to be a Toyota update!) but absolutely nothing works! I gather this is a common issue but any help with this would be greatly appreciated, thanks, Robbo.
