Timing belt correct assembly.

Hello,

I have a problem to get timing belt correctly assembled to my peugeot 308 T9 1.2l 96kw puretech. I have used locking pin, locking parts to camshafts. I started engine, I have a p0011 and p0014. When I record parameters, inlet camshaft has value 9, required 40 and exhaust has -15 required is -15. What has went wrong?

VTT wheel preparing for timing belt assembly is unclear for me. Does some one has good tip or instructions for that ?
