My Citroen C5 2023 keeps pairing with my Honor phone Grrrrrrrr

I've master reset all my phone connections and switched off my phone
Master reset the Citroen radio which wipes all Bluetooth connections
Deleted the Citroen app from my phone
Left the car off overnight
When I switch on my phone, start the car the Citroen keeps asking for my phone, my phone switches the Bluetooth back on, and pairs with my car grrrrrr
Will I have to sell my car?
I even tried connecting a different phone to the Citroen but my Honor over rides it
Is there a way to switch off Bluetooth altogether from the Citroen???

To work out whether the phone or the car is initiating the connection:

Switch Bluetooth off on the Honor.
Put the phone in Airplane Mode.
Start the car.

If the car still displays your phone's name as a known device, the pairing record is somewhere in the infotainment system still. If it doesn't appear until the phone comes out of Airplane Mode, the phone is initiating the connection and that's where I'd look. hth!
