Hello!
I own a Citröen C4 grand picasso 2014 and recently the radio display stopped working so I can not change climate, listen to radio, change the settings and etc. The screen is lit up all the time even when the car isn’t on but the screen doesn’t show anything. I have tried restarting and disconnecting the battery but nothing seems to help. Does anyone have any advice?

When you say disconnecting the battery, did you carry out the correct BSI reset procedure as described here: viewtopic.php?p=601679#p601679
