Hi All.
first time I got in the car since I had the airbags done, the touchscreen had become unresponsive. It was perfectly fine before.
Everything still works, I just cant access or use any of it. I can use the stalk buttons to change stations etc but that's it.
Anyone had this issue? my mechanic doesn't really have any solutions and I don't want to throw money at a replacement head unit or screen if its not going to help.
Any help would be much appreciated
Thanks in advance

Who did the airbags? Unless it was a long time ago I would contact them first of all.

It was organised by Formel D who've been less than useless at responding to me to be honest but i have tried and grown tired of waitingPaul-R wrote: 19 Feb 2026, 17:07 Who did the airbags? Unless it was a long time ago I would contact them first of all.

Out of interest I looked up Formel D and found this website:
https://find-and-update.company-informa ... 6/officers
The list of directors makes rather disturbing reading, what made you use them to organise your recall? and where did you take the car or was it collected?

I used to be indecisive, now I'm not so sure!

They certainly get through a lot of directors and secretaries. As I read it there's only one director currently and have been without a secretary since 2019!

Wasn't my choice, Citroen got in touch and organised them coming to my house for the workmickthemaverick wrote: 19 Feb 2026, 17:31 Out of interest I looked up Formel D and found this website:

In that case I'd go back to Citroen and tell them the contractor they sent damaged your car and won't respond to your requests.
