Car is 2004 Peugeot 307 2.0 16V 100KW petrol with 308000km engine. Problem is the car starts shaking and slight stutter on idle when on temp and the purge valve starts operating. No symptoms or anomalies in any other situations. Car has this weird charcoal canister model "1505 ZV" inside right hand fender. It has removable valve which I cleaned and inspected the operation while activating it with PP2000 and seemed to work as should. Torque app shows the car ecu to react to operation of the purge valve as if there was a huge vacuum leak and is also retarding timing heavily. Fault code P0107 appears regularly in PP2000 but generic scanner does not show it. Also P0341 pops up randomly. P0107 activates in various conditions, not only the one in picture. Need some pointer what to check next. I need to take the car for the annual inspections as soon as possible but fault codes would make it fail even if it wouldn´t fail the emissions test.
Car had idle and fuel consumption problems during winter and has got new plugs, new gaskets for intake manifold, for exhaust valve cover and for couple of injectors, new PCV hose thing, new EGR valve with new gasket, new Delphi MAP, PCV valve is rinsed clean if the valve cover even has one inside, throttle body cleaned, clean air filter, vacuum hoses checked and a leaking EGR pipe attachment neck on the engine head and the connection to the pipe leading to intake manifold sealed with silicone. There should be no vacuum leaks. No proper smoke test has been done though. I have of also reseted adaptive components with PP2000 few times. Original MAP and the new Delphi are checked to be ok. Fuel consumption is normal and car behaves well after the reset with PP2000 but after about 60km the idle shake appears. Camshaft positions sensor was cleaned and sealed properly when I changed the valve cover gasket. All relevant electronic connectors have been cleaned but not measured since I don´t know how/what.
Need help for Peugeot 307 2.0 16V 100KW idle problem diagnostics
