ECU Non configurable

Hi,
I am really hoping someone this forum can help me.
I have a 2017 2.0 boxer I have a cruise control issue that is preventing it from working. I have narrowed this down to needing to enable the cruise control in the ecu.

I can see in the ecu that it isn't enabled.
I don't have the configuration option on diagbox.

What am I missing that's preventing this option from being available?

Did the van have cruise control from the factory?
What version of Diagbox are you using?
