I don't believe that's the right sticker to find your RPO number.
It should be at least 5 digits long.

The four numbers below the VIN on that all look like vehicle weights to me.
- Gross vehicle weight
- Gross train weight
- Max axle load (Front)
- Max axle load (Rear)

Look at the label with the tyre pressures on. It should be the number at the top. It might also have been written in the service record booklet on the inside front page.

That's the only label I could find no label with tyre pressure on it it was on the door frame o the passenger side. I had a good look round the car. I will have a look at the paper work that came with the car thanks for all the replies

Open all the doors and look for the tyre pressure sticker, if it is still on the car it will be on one of the pillars, usually a front one or a middle one.

The vin can be used for the car build data which gives the rpo but I think at the moment the forum does not have access to Citroen's procedures/data due to changes being made, however, you should be able to get it from a Citroen dealer.

You have not given the year of your car but if you know its registration date you can use a rpo calculator to work back to get the rpo but knowing it will have been made before then.

If Diagbox is not talking to the car Darrin, it may be because you have the wrong model chosen. I found this out with a C4 Grand Picasso the other day. A late Blue one. Blue as in HDi with AdBlue, not a car painted blue I should hasten to add ;)

My initial attempts to connect as a C4 Picasso failed totally, even with VIN and RPO entered into Diagbox.

My connection attempt by declaring the car to be a C4 SpaceTourer (which it wasn't) was fully successful.

Worth a try perhaps to try all the C3 variants on offer in the Diagbox menu.

Usually, you know you have hit the jackpot as Diagbox should return the VIN as the first thing it does for you to confirm you're connected to the right car.

But don't try selecting a really old model, as some have different pinouts and I have heard of an interface unit being fried.

Does diagbox detect that there is a vehicle detected at all?

It may be worth finding and checking the fuse that powers the diagnostic connector on the car.

On your tyre pressure sticker the rpo number looks to be 10851 which works out as a production date of 25 July 2006. http://www.citroen-ds-id.com/gen/Gen_Organr.html Does this tie up with the registration date since so far I have not seen anything in your posts ?

The paint colour is KMYD which is the blue colour.

When asked to choose, is there more screen available with other options if you scroll down?
