I will try to adjust the height of my CrossTourer via Diagbox, but when I try to follow instructions here in the forum (by GiveMeABreak) I struggle to find where in the menues I can find it.
¤ Can it be a problem that it says "Not recognised" for that module? I suspect this is because it is a CrossTourer?
¤ I belive I have a decent cable and software. Or is any of this obsolete and should be replaced/updated? Bought via the good offer here in this group to EasyDiagnostics.
Car is late 2014 C5 X7 CrossTourer, VIN:VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]

Re: Adjusting height C5 X7 CrossTourer
This is only for miniscule adjustments, nothing else, but is used with the result of the vehicle height calculations. Have you done all these and are ready to enter the values in?
You will need to do a global test first, then afterwards, select the Suspension ECU from the list (Should be Suspension_ECOTech), you do not have the other suspension ECU - that is only on some 2.2 and V6 Models.
After you select the Suspension_ECOTech ECU, from the list after the global test, then activate, then look into the menus for the suspension height setting procedure. Be very careful that you only enter the values for the result of the height checking procedure as Diagbos takes these and makes its own calculation.
Your front height is a little high from the reference values from the readings by the looks of it.

Re: Adjusting height C5 X7 CrossTourer
Yes, measured accordingly and ready to write my values. Just cannot find where to write the values. I just get ability to read (live data), I don't see where to write. Fiddling around for an hour, couldn't figure out where/ how to write values.
I know it's just+-6mm, but as I can see I'm within that.
So frustrating when I cannot figure out stuff like this. I never became friends with Diagbox
I took global test first, went into "Electronically managed suspension", but from there I can only go into is for reading, no write

I think you need to scroll down the screen - there looks to be more menu options beneath the 'Actuator Tests' option shown....

Yes. Ill look into it in a few days. A bit hectic here now. Just got the car back from adjustment.
Asked them to adjust as neutral as possible, within spec. So far so good.
