Hi,
I have Peugeot 308 II 1.6 THP 156HP 2014.
Manufacture recommendation is TotalEnergies QUARTZ INEO, i found there is two types to buy RCP and HTC, does anyone can tell me which one should i use from this two ?

Look at the norms. For your engine the oil must have norm PSA B71 2290. So it's the HTC version (High Temperature Control). RCP stands for Renault Common Parts and it has norms for Renault engines.

Since your engine is EP6CDT (you didn't mention it, so I assume), and according to the table from Stelantis, you should use 0W30 B712312, which is:

Although if it were my car I would pour 5W30 B712290.
