I work for a charging operator and my team (customer support) sometimes struggles to help our Citroën clients with the charging cable when it gets stuck in the car. We have tried to find a video showing how to disconnect the charging contactor manually (i.e., in emergencies) on YouTube but can’t find one. Then we figured we should reach out to the Citroën community, since who knows Citroën better than you??
If you have a Citroën and would like to contribute to growing our knowledge, we would deeply appreciate it if you could record a video of where it is located and share it with me.
