Hi ive owned my Citroen C5, 1.6 Hybrid 4 years on the 30.12.2024. This morning i got the usual service due in 6000 miles and a separate message saying replace service battery. It’s booked in this Friday for its 4 year service at my local Citroen dealership. Which battery is the service battery. Is it the larger battery in the engine compartment or the smaller battery in the boot area.

Can't advise as the terminology from the French translation refers only to the 'Traction Battery' (for the PHEV Drive Train) or the "Ancillary Battery" (Main Engine Bay Battery).

Then there's also the Ultra Capacitor for Stop Start systems. Just make sure you've melted down the family silver, just in case....
