Ds3 black smoke under acceleration

Ds3 2011 1.6 hdi I have issue with black smoke on acceleration I have replaced dpf filter with new 1 new pcv valve serviced in main dealer since New by previous owner 39k have no codes or faults in ecu injectors been tested all good anybody have any ideas where to go next is it possible it could be a egr issue with no fault codes or maybe turbo? Don't seem to use no oil and runs perfect other than smoke under load done a static regen today 3000rpm no smoke at all going through the entire process but there is when reved hard or under load any help would be greatly received thankyou

If you've replaced the DPF then there should be no more smoke - but if it has been run with a broken DPF for a while there may well be residual soot in the exhaust that will take a few good blasts to get rid off.

Have a look at turbo pressure hoses and turbo vacuum pipes.
