I had discs and pads done all round for my MOT in august this year. Car passed, no advisories.
A couple of weeks ago I had 2 new front tyres. Since the tyres were fitted, and I'm not saying its related, I have had a front end clonk, almost a click really, even on very gentle braking and not every time. I notice it more if I've done a bit without braking. If I'm in traffic, on and off the brakes, it doesn't do it. The brakes work fine and don't squeal.
Window down, its definitely louder so 100% from the front of the car, not from the footwell.
It sounds like a loose pad but I've had the brakes apart and all looks well. I've put a pry bar in and all the various joints, boots and bushes are all fine (it's a meticulously maintained car). It's not the familiar sound of a ball joint, drop link or top mount.
Pads were from eurorepar, so an offshoot of PSA. Maybe try an upgrade?
Can anyone suggest what I can check? Would master cylinder make an intermittent noise or some other part of the brake system?
I would be grateful of anyone's advice.

Disc warp ?
Husky.
Thinking outside of the box is better than sitting in a dark one.
