9HZ Boost problem - Limp mode

Hello,
I bought a Mini Cooper (yes I know it is not French, but it has French engine) PSA 1.6 HDI 9HZ 109hp 2008.
It is okay if I drive it slowly, but if I want to accelerate quick the car goes to limp mode. If the pedal is pressed about 60% sometimes the boost is okay at the beginning but starts going low and back to OK a few times, after that it goes to limp mode again.
DTC - low boost pressure and DPF differential sensor

Things I have done(but did not help):

• EGR Delete

• New MAP sensor

• New DPF Differential pressure sensor

• New fuel filter

• Unplug MAF sensor

Any ideas? I will check all pressure hoses for cracks.

I tested the actuator, but it looks like it is too slow. What do you think?
