You can't do that - this is not how it works. There's no physical SIM - it's a digital system sealed and linked only to the PSA network.

Your vehicle does not have on-board WiFi, so there is no vehicle hub you can connect to.

C4X - updates are authorised and delivered performed Over The Air (OTA).
If your vehicle has WiFi, this is only to allow a connection to a Smartphone and then uses the Vehicle's 'Hub' as a WiFi Access Point too allow for easier connections for passengers and uses the Smartphone's WiFi and data allowance.

That won't work from what I can see as the updates are authorised from their own connection and probably won't work on another WiFi connection. The only time I have heard of this working is possibly for a MAP update but not for Firmware.
