Peugeot 207 GT 1.6 hdi heater fan not working no PWM signal fron AC ECU to speed fan control

Good day, I have a Peugeot 207 fitted with an automatic heating system. The Climate control heating/AC fan stopped working inside the car checked all the wiring I checked fuse F13 on PSF1 and R7 all ok going to 8045 pins 1 and pin 2 to MC37 fan speed control unit, checking pin 5/6 on the 8045 unit I am missing a PWM signal from unit 8080 AC ECU, on the display of this unit shows the fan speed increasing and decreasing but no signal comes out of the pins 40/39, on the BSI and AC computer there is a fault code saying heating fan faulty

Now my question is would this AC ECU be faulty or could be a fault on the BSI
