Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with the rear window defogger/defroster on my car—it’s not working properly. When I turn it on, the side mirrors heat up as expected, but the rear defroster doesn’t seem to work.
I checked the voltage at the connectors in the back, and I noticed that it increases very slowly, by about 0.1V every 5 seconds. Because of this, I don't think the voltage is getting high enough to actually heat the wires and clear the window.
Has anyone experienced this before or know what might be causing this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?
Thanks in advance!

Hi all,
Just a quick update for anyone who might have the same issue in the future... It turns out the problem was with the relay. I gave it a few firm taps, and the defroster started working again, at least for now. I'll keep an eye on it, and if the problem comes back, I'll just replace the relay.
Hope this helps someone!
