I've replaced the turbo on a Citroen C4 Picasso 2013/2014
VIN - VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff]
Faults cleared from previous (low turbo and some others)
It ran fine for a couple of days but has now flagged up with P2563 - too much turbo
Any ideas what it could be?
Do I need to use Diagbox to initialise/re-learning the turbo replacement values?
Thanks
Replaced turbo with new - now have fault P2563?

Re: Replaced turbo with new - now have fault P2563?
It could be a faulty control solenoid, but it could also be a sticky wastegate mechanism or a restriction on one of the vaccum hoses to the control solenoid.
Can you check live data to see if the pressure is continuously high, or if it is spiking after applying power?

Re: Replaced turbo with new - now have fault P2563?
I'm in the exact same situation with my 2013 Citroen C4 picasso. Currently fitted a reconditioned turbo and actuator and actuator control solenoid and still after a few days get this fault code and brings the engine management light on. After a day or 2 the light will go back off and the process will repeat itself a few days later.
My next step is replacing the maf sensor. I'm hoping this may be faulty and sensing wrong boost levels ( to high). It's only a cheap part so worth a try. After this though I'm all out of ideas, mines remapped also

Hello any updates on this please ibhave the same error code then remove the code but when I put my foot down the engine light comes up with the p2563 code on again.
