C3 mk 1 1.6 hdi gearbox lefthand oil seal

I am trying to order a new oil seal for the gearbox.
The part number is 1608816780 but looking around it seems to say part 1623179580 is the same but looking at the pictures they look different. The dimension's are the same but it has a extra lip on it. Does anyone know if they can both be used
