Where's this seatbelt from?

My '73 GS has a retracting 3-point seatbelt for the driver's side which I suspect is not original to the car. The receptacle looks like this:

I'd like to find a matching one for the passenger side, but none of the parts suppliers have one that looks like it. Does anyone know what Citroen this might have come from?

This is from my 1975 GS Pallas. As far as I know original.

My 73 GS has 2CV type seatbelts which is not retractable.

@yavuzss, I've got the same belt on the passenger side, but I find the retracting style more convenient.
