Ds5 diesel hybrid 4 fuel issue

Looking for help
I have itermittent issue within fuel system. On a morning after driving for a few minutes. Car makes noise feels likes no fuel getting to engine. Eml comes on car still drives no issue all day and by teatime eml goes off. When it first comes on speed limits to 50 for a few minutes then back to normal and i have no further issues. Error code on diagbox is p0087 (fuel rail pressure low) and it says intermittent. I have changed fuel filter and added forte fuel system cleaner.
Today for the first time it cut out and red notice saying stop, this was at traffics lights waited with hazards on for a few minutes managed to turn off and back on car reset and has been fine since. Any help would be great thanks

Fault Code:	P0087
Description of Fault:	Fuel system: The pressure measured in the injection rail is less than the setting. Description of the diagnostics The pressure measured in the fuel high pressure common injection rail is more than 180 bars lower than the reference value. Possibility 1 For 3,2 s if the difference is greater than or equal to 250 bars Possibility 2 For 6 s if the difference is greater than or equal to 180 bars Conditions of activation of the diagnostics: Engine running
Conditions for Fault to clear:	Driving for 5 minutes with several full load accelerations for 10 seconds.
Downgrade Modes whilst Fault is active:	Request for Delayed Engine Stop Deactivation of the strategy for monitoring the current of the fuel flow regulation valve Deactivation of the request for the fuel high pressure test from the diagnostic tool Deactivation of the kick-down for automatic gearboxes Deactivation of the injector resetting strategy Limitation of performance Irreversible deactivation of the vehicle speed limiter (Need to switch the ignition off and then on, in order to make the function available again) Switching on of the warning lamp and/or warning message: - Warning lamp MIL - "SERVICE" warning lamp - Warning lamp STOP
Symptoms:	Engine hesitating, cutting out Problem activating the power unit Lack of power Diesel fuel consumption a bit higher Fluid leak/Smells Noise Engine acceleration at wrong time Smoke from the exhaust Absence of automatic stopping of the internal combustion engine Forced driving in electric transmission only
Suspect Areas:	Fuel Diesel fuel filter Low pressure diesel circuit Fuel flow regulation valve High pressure fuel pump Fuel high pressure common injection rail pressure sensor High-pressure fuel pipe Fuel high pressure common injection rail Fuel injectors Electrical harness Camshafts

Changed hpfp thanks for instructions
Now car will not start low fuel pressure can you tell me if the pump in tank is only fuel sender and guage or if it is a fuel pump.

It's a gauge only in the tank.

The engine ECU alters the fuel supply using the fuel flow regulator and the high pressure fuel sensor. So you'll likely have to prime it using the primer pump.

I think it might me fuel regulator or sensor. Does it a regulator or sensor on the fuel injector rail.
