Injector fault

Hi, as a new member please don't judge my ignorance. I have a C4 Grand Picasso 1.6TD semi automatic on a 61 plate, I only have 87500 miles on the clock. My problem is this on 8th June I had an injector 3 fault. The RAC mechanic came to my home and replaced the injector. However uit still diagnosed an injector 3 problem. May be a faulty injector I hear you say. Two days later RAC return with a new injector. Three days later the same fault occurs. Again RAC attend and replace the injector. She now sits in a garage whilst they try and locate the Faulty Injector 3 problem. Does anyone have any ideas as to why this is going on? They have check the cylinderhead pressure and the wiring, but have still got the same problem. Please help.

Citroen number their injectors from the flywheel not the timing belt like most other makers. Have they changed the right injector??
