We can help if you need an original, genuine part number or part diagram, and can't already find the info you need on the Forum. For this service, we do ask for a membership upgrade for official parts data as we are in turn charged for this. It will cover you for future part number requests for up to 2 years, so excellent value.

If interested, links are below, then provide your vehicle's VIN in full, which will be masked automatically when you submit your post.

Here's the cooling system diagram:

Item 1, which is the bottom 'hose' seems to be the only near the LH wing. This is £160.06

Looking back from the wheel well. Looks correct that it’s coming from the webasto and in to the heater core (?).

Number 8 here maybe?

I’m driving the car daily so I would like to get the pipe before I’ll take it apart..

Forgot there was a separate diagram for heater hoses...

Only 10 is fitted on yours 6466WG @ £80.98

But it looks like it might be 12 which appears to be part metal? 6466 SZ @ £242.28

Strange. The shape and the brackets of mine looks like “8” (6466SL ?), but I read somewhere that it was discontinued, could “10” be the replacement? Looks like a all rubber hose.. would be nice not to have a metal pipe in the wheel well… :-D

Oddly, item 8 says:

08

6466 SL

01
HEATER WATER PIPE
- REPLACEMENT PRECOND HEATING UNTIL RPO 17042 OR DW12C FAP TURBO DIESEL AND PROGRAMMABLE AUTOMATIC ADDITIONAL UNTIL RPO 17042

Whereas 10 says:

10

6466 WG

01
HEATER WATER PIPE
- REPLACEMENT PRECOND HEATING OR DW10CTED4 FAP TURBO DIESEL AND BVM6 AND PROGRAMMABLE AUTOMATIC ADDITIONAL
01
- DW10BTED4 TURBO DIESEL WITHOUT FAP AND BVM6 AND PROGRAMMABLE AUTOMATIC ADDITIONAL
01
- DIESEL TURBO DW10BTED4 FAP AND BVM6 AND PROGRAMMABLE AUTOMATIC ADDITIONAL
01
- PASS COMP PROGRAMMABLE ADDITIONAL HEATING OR DW10C FAP 103KW DIESEL AND AUTOMATIC ADDITIONAL HEATING

Yours is DW12C and RP date 12945, so it looks like part 8 is correct, but doesn't show up on the database for some reason against your VIN. £95.30 in the UK. Sounds like it might a nightmare back and forwards to the dealer to get the right part!

Ok, that confirms it, 6466SL it is.
The staff at the local Peugeot dealer is friendly and laid back, but it usually helps if you know exactly what you need..

Now I do. Thanks!

Summary. The 6466SL i out of stock from factory and no known delivery time.. So I cut the pipe in the "rust free" ends and put a hose (22mm inner diameter) in between. Should work for now.

What is the coolant capacity of the DW12C?

See procedure here which will be the same as your car:

viewtopic.php?t=64036

Coolant replaced should be the same as that drained.

Note: When it comes to the degassing, follow the part for Non Euro 6 vehicles as yours is a Euro 5.
