Clutch problems scenic 2 2006 dci 1.5 help

Hello all I am in need of some advise and wondering if any of you could help

I have a scenic 1.5 dci it lost its clutch pedal other week small fluid leak at slave topped up and got home then went completely only small leak mind

So fitted new slave
New master cylinder due to pedal being not good

Bleeding went OK no air tried a number of ways too

I now have a really bad half pedal only 4 inch like gets stuck half way up and no resistance at the top half I am sure this isn't down to air I have checked the lines from pedal to box damper seems good

Car does drive but pedal feels bad to be honest something ain't right

Any advise please or tips be amazing

Clutch looked good and fairly new in box hence no replacement seems to be a hydraulic issue as no pressure at top of pedal anything else cause this
