I bought a lexia 3 and I can't connect to the car. I tried in every way to update the firmware but it doesn't want to. Is there any other solution? Possibly which component could be defective in the tester to replace? I leave a video for you to see. thank you!

You shouldn't need to change the firmware manually, Diagbox does this automatically.
Several possibilities, but for a 508 with this engine I would of stuck to Diagbox 7 and upgraded it to V7.62.
Second, if the VCI was a cheaper version, then it may not be a full chip kit, so missing some hardware components.
Make sure your USB ports are not in power saving mode - check advanced power saving features and turn off USB power saving.
If you can't get it working with DB 7, then I'd send it back to the seller and get a kit from a reputable seller that provides support.
