RCZ ng4 satnav software versions

I have an RCZ launch edition with ng4 satnav system. Is this still supported with software and map updates? Current versions shown on the system are as FOLLOWS, what are the latest available versions?

Unit Software: ng4 D R23quat R23.21
Screen software: SW7.0

Maps: Europe 2009/2010 Edition 1.0

Any help with sourcing necessary updates would be much appreciated. The handbook doesn't provide much info on how to update the s/w and maps so any advice on this would also be a great help.

The last Official NG4 map updates were 2016-2.
Your System Firmware is quite out of date though. The latest and last firmware is Version N42C. I can help you out with the firmware, for which I will send you a PM shortly.

As for the maps, some have utilised a slightly modified version of the BMW maps as they use a similar system. This does mean that the original POI database remains the same as the last official update, but at least you can access some later maps.
