Peugeot 3008 gps screen problem

Hello French car forum, I have a Peugeot 3008 model 2012, recently the gps screen do nt lift up I dnt know what to do, I need your help thanks

Have you tried pressing the button on the right side to open and close it manually?
If so and it still won't open or close with the engine running I can think of 2 possibilities:

Either the electrical connector to the motorised screen has become loose and there is not signal or power to the motorised screen, or secondly the motor itself has failed.

So it really needs a diagnostic or investigation to determine the cause first. If the motor has failed, then you should be able to find a replacement screen unit.
