Citroen Nemo Bluetooth and flashing Mileage

Please can you help. I have a Citroen Nemo van. Last week I went to start the van as normal but it seemed to struggle to get going. It took a few attempts but eventually went and has started fine since. However the Bluetooth has stopped working completely and my mileage is constantly flashing. I have tried disconnecting the negative off the battery and left it for about an hour but made no difference. Any ideas anyone
