CX Series 1 Rear Seatbelts

As per the subject.. I'm surprised/amazed/ashamed etc to have only noticed this weekend that my 1986 S1 CX has no rear seatbelts.. and I only noticed when my 8 yr old told me so.. (cue 10 mins of "don't be daft" response from me)

There are blanking plugs behind the head rests and sockets in the bulkhead area under the seat, so obviously it was possible to get some fitted/supplied.

So, two questions..

• Were they sold like this ? I was 16 in 1986 and I honestly can't remember...
• Where can I get some ?

You could try the online catalogues of folk like Britax and Kangol.
Offered on Amazon, too.

Have replaced original inertia reel front seat belts with similar from Lexton (Fasching, Salzburg),
faschingsaltzburg.com.

Nope.. Didn't get around to it.. Checked out the fact that you can buy them online and then promptly forgot about it.. It's still on the job list as without them SWMBO won't let the kids ride with me

Even my 1966 Rover P6 had rear seat-belt anchorage points!
Fitted Britax inertia-reel to all four positions – front ones were static belts .
Britax had a handy branch in Chichester, iirc.
