2014 Megane 1.5 dci Tom Tom voice connectivity

Hi I have just bought a Renault Megane 1.5 dci 2014 and was hoping you might be able to help, although it has the phone connectivity I can’t find out how to voice activate it. It’s a bit pointless if I have to stop the car to make a call safely. I have been through all the menus and the owners manual but can’t find anything, for all I know it may not be possibly. I have connected my phone and my phone book is visible and I can make calls manually.
