Std head unit with Pre-outs?

Hey guys, a little thought musing over in the noggin of late, using a standard head unit in the car to run a small install from,
Do any of the std psa head units have Pre-outs on?

Not really sure specifically what you are asking - 'a small install' - of what

The RD4 like all the Head Units have built in amps. But when specifying for example the JBL Hi Fi upgrade option, in Diagbox, the internal Amp of the head unit is disabled when you select the external amp.

For adding an external amp, you'll usually need some line out converters that convert the High Level Speaker to Low Level RCA. The RCA connectors then go into the amp, - if that's what your asking

Yes that's what I was asking, small install would be external amp and pair of small subs (twin 8"), all of which I have due to having them along with a significantly bigger i stall In my old Bx,
I saw the option to turn the amp off in lexia, made me wonder if there is a plug in that would provide the Rca connects, nosing through the available head units on ebay i could not see any with Pre-outs (rca's) on, I didn't see any accessories that would plug in to provide them in the lists on service. Citroën either,

No, they do a kit for connecting a non PSA head unit to the vehicle, but not this. You'll need something like these:
