Original radio cd player

Whats the part number or what do i need to typw in to bring up the genuine radio player for the S2 xantia hdi.

When i bought the car i was given a radio cd player out of a peugeot not sure what year or what car (see pic) it works with the steering controls but the outer cover is in the way so it does not sit priperly and the lid that covers the steteo hits the front so does not spring back down.

Having trouble with pictures but if you look under Xantia, series 2, comfort and convenience it brings up accessories, car radio-radio suppressor that should put you in the right spot for Service.com, guess others will be more competent than me.

There's a brand new one here (boxed), complete with code for £54. So if you are after a brand new original, I don't think you'll do better.

Cheers Marc, is that a cassette player, i thought 2001 would have had a cd player its showing unsold so might message him with an offer, thats just in case it does not sell tomorrow.

Okay gonna stick my neck out, the part numbers i posted were for a what i believe was a series 2 Xantia Radio/CD player lol

Thinking about it did they do a Radio/CD player or was it a Radio/Cassette player with a CD changer in the boot, i had a VSX that had the head unit being Radio/Cassette but CD changer in the boot ?

I guess if i do buy a xantia s2 radio then i will have to copy music over to cassette tapes, i am sure there is a way to do it..

You can always get the cd changer to go with it. I had one in my S2 Xantia and that was a 6 CD changer unit stored in the boot.

Yes they did do a MK2 radio/cd player, it also had a cover on it within the housing.
I only found this out whilst looking for a replacement for my new purchase lol

Yes they did have CD changers on all Series I and II Xantias as optional extras.
