Hi My name is Gray and I live not far from the sea in Wirral UK.
I recently bought myself a really nice Citroen C4 Picasso and was very happy with it until a few weeks ago and I am hoping I can maybe find the answer to my problem on this site. I hope I'm not posting all this in the wrong place but I'm 63 and absolutely useless at using online sites/forums etc and have just spent a half hour looking for where to say hello.
Anyway maybe somebody can help me on where to look for problems with the 7" touchscreen in the middle of the dashboard of this model car. I apologise if I am asking questions in the wrong place. Hope to hear from someone soon maybe.

Hi, and to the forum. I personally will not be able to help, but if you post up the VIN of your car moderators with the right access will be able to look up what it had when it came out of the factory.

Don't worry about security, the system will obscure your VIN (provided it is correctly formatted) so only Forum Moderators will be able to read it.

Hi Thanks for the messages and I appreciate any help I can get and will let you know more when I get my car ( still not repaired and a few hundred shorter already ) from my local Garage tomorrow. I've been told it's the " amplifier " and it won't be cheap to replace ahhhhhh !

Hi Gray. I'm from Wirral as well except I'm not at the moment! Just started a week's holiday in France.

I saw your other post about Windsors. I've had both our Peugeot and Citroen in there for warranty work and both sides of the road have been quite good with me. There have been a couple of times I've had to show that I know a bit about cars to get stuff done but I haven't had anything refused.
