Hi folks.
I have a megane that is throwing up a fault "check injection" The car then goes into "limp" mode.
My diagnostic tool stated that the glow plug relay was faulty.
I replaced the glow plug relay, cleared the fault and hey presto.
However......now if the car approaches a hill and I put my foot down the "check injection" fault shows on the dash and the car goes back into limp mode.
If the fault is cleared via the diagnostic tool the car goes back to normal.....until I reach another hill and put my foot down!
Anyone had this experience and has the knowledge of the fix?
Deepest thanks to anyone who can help.

I thought I would post my fix to this problem for anyone interested. Turns out that the ecu see's everything that is connected to the fuel system. So if you get that fault coming up "check injection" it can also mean anything affiliated with it. Im my case it was the glow plugs themselves. All 4 were tested and not working. I have replaced them and the fault has gone. Car running well. Hope this helps others.

That's great news.
I'm very surprised that faulty glow plugs would be ground for a lip mode though. Either way, glad it's working again.

Same here - glow plugs are rarely used on modern engines, say for cold starts and regeneration assistance (where a DPF is fitted) I can't see any correlation to how Glow Plugs would have any impact.
