Grey with Yellow Plastic tab......Slide Yellow Plastic tab outwards to allow connection to be undone.

Connector 2 with the Red Plastic Tab

Key Message Leave the Red Plastic Tab Alone. It plays no part in undoing the connector, and it will break!

I prefer the "mangle it to death and solder the wires" approach, much easier lol
