Hi

It has been quite a while since my last visit. The Dyane went off to a new home and I hadn't replaced it until recently.

Latest acquirement is a 1986 Renault 5 GTD.

Photos (if you really want, but it's not that exciting) when available.

It seems to have been looked after in its life, have done 700kms so far and all is well.

Needs one or two small repairs, but nothing major yet.

Hope that all is well with you lot.

I may need some advice on changing a cambelt in the above vehicle, but will only ask if my planned research doesn't provide all the info that I need.

Will sort a photo soon. Maybe even tomorrow if it isn't raining.

Have just calculated the fuel consumption over the first 500kms - it's 60.5mpg average, not bad at all for a 28 year old car with 246,000km on the clock.
